As for the rest of the board of directors, following the terms of the call and given that there was only one candidate for each position or board seat, the following members were automatically renewed in their roles:

  • Secretary: Edita de Lorenzo Rodríguez

  • Board Member No. 3: Sergio Aramburu Guillán

  • Board Member No. 5: Ramón Paz González

Additionally, during the rest of the session, the general director, Darío Janeiro, reported on the activities carried out over the past year, as well as the financial closing for the previous year and the new budget plans.

The session emphasized the idea that PuntoGal should be a key player in Galician civil society through its corporate action program, which includes sponsorships and support for activities related to language, culture, and ICT in Galicia.

All attendees unanimously approved the management and the 2025 budget. The 2024 financial closing was also approved.
